Job Summary The Director, Account Leadership is responsible for program results and maintaining and growing client relationships. The Director, Account Leadership reports to SVP, Patient Recruitment of Continuum Clinical.

Demonstrate the mission, vision, values, and culture principles of Blue Chip Worldwide Strategic Lead (New Business Opportunities)
Contribute to new business strategy, time permitting
Review completed budget/proposal to ensure alignment with client expectations and communicated promises
Represent Account Leadership in client meetings as appropriate Strategic Leadership (Contracted Projects) and Account Management
Refine program strategy and assure that the strategy is executed and is producing results
Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with existing clients
Responsible for account P&L and ensuring profitability of account based on agency income
Accountable/responsible for internal leadership
Accountable/responsible for external (client-facing) leadership
Work with teams to prioritize project responsibilities in order to comply with scoped work effort/hours
Accountable/responsible for effective management of team resources
Comply with all corporate and departmental standard operating procedures as well as applicable FDA and other governmental regulations (e.g., IRB, EC)
Ensures all activities and operations are performed in compliance with regulatory and federal regulations Leadership Responsibilities
Contribute to new business development and overall Continuum Clinical Patient Recruitment market positioning by offering expertise during strategy sessions, proposal development and client presentations
Champion cross-functional department initiatives.
Create and leverage new and existing relationships with outside vendors to benefit Continuum Clinical
Stay current on industry trends, particularly those related to the patient recruitment and retention industry
Mentor junior team members
Adhere to corporate policies related to employee reviews; contribute to the development and achievement of direct reports’ SMART goals
Interview candidates; train and manage direct reports
Must be able to travel occasionally overnight and on weekends
Responsible for maintaining up to date weekly time tracking, per the Agency’s time tracking policy
As a manager, you are also responsible for ensuring that your direct reports maintain up to date weekly time tracking, per the Agency’s time tracking policy
Based on client and internal project demands, additional duties may be assigned

Education, Experience and Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university required
10 – 15 years of relevant experience
Experience in developing and executing consistent and successful patient recruitment strategy
