Envision Physician Services has retained Cejka Executive Search to assist in identifying a highly experienced healthcare executive to serve as the Vice President, Operations (Vice President) for one of Envision Physician Services’ major markets, the Western Division. This position will be based in Los Angeles, with the option of Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Vice President will oversee and direct all activities related to the growing market’s physician services portfolio of emergency medicine, hospitalist medicine and critical care services. The Vice President will oversee the Western Division’s physician services operations, improving the financial performance, and advancing the clinical operations to achieve financial, quality and service metrics. As a critical leader in driving business growth, the Vice President will have accountability for strategic planning, P&L, client engagement and management, and practice integration. The Vice President will leverage existing market relationships to identify and facilitate the growth of clinical service lines with existing and new clients and lead efforts for expanding Envision Physician Services’ market share. The Vice President will partner with physician leadership to advance the quality and service provided to position Envision Physician Services as the provider of choice. The Vice President will also enhance the operational and financial infrastructure to provide regional support in practice management for the expanding market.

The new division, Envision Physician Services, is the preferred national medical group for clinicians and the health solutions partner for hospitals and health systems, providing anesthesia, emergency medicine, hospital medicine, radiology, surgical services and women’s and children’s health services. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive administrative leadership in advancing operations, profitability and excellence of service within a large, multi-site healthcare organization, with an emphasis for physician practice management. A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred. Travel will be required.
