The Regional Program Director Business Development provides strategic and analytical support for the development of The Children's Hospital of San Antonio for the Santa Rosa and Spohn markets (South Texas Region). The Regional Program Director researches and analyzes the development and implementation of strategies that will expand new business opportunities, strengthen current business relationships, and improve community access to current patient services. This includes work in physician recruitment and engagement, new business development, strategic and service line planning, and strategic alignment with service area marketing and communications. This position will lead Children's program planning with the South Texas Region Executive Teams, research innovative new service models, identify potential opportunities for growth, and manage the design and implementation of new programs and services. The Regional Program Director will provide leadership and support to meet business objectives, expand programs and services, and achieve quality, operational and financial goals. Collaboration with other CHRISTUS team members across the South Texas Region, hospital departments and medical staff is required to reach goals and objectives, as well as further the mission, vision, and values of CHRISTUS Health.
