UCLA Health is seeking an experienced Organizational Development Specialist for the Center for Organizational Readiness and Education (CORE). You'll develop training courses on a variety of topics, including management leadership, service excellence (CICARE), managing developing projects, and effective communication. You'll also assess organization-wide data to improve cohesion and achieve organizational goals. And the strategic plans you'll develop for stakeholders and employee engagement will support Westwood Hospitals, Santa Monica Hospital, Faculty Practice Group (FPG), David Geffen School of Medicine (DGSOM), and all UCLA Health community practices and administrative offices.
This position requires at least three years of classroom facilitation and training in a large-scale organization and five years of organizational development experience. You'll need a bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, organizational development or related field. Expertise in coaching and leading sessions with traditional and modern training techniques for adult learning is beneficial.
